We offer FREE First Class UK Delivery on all orders over £25. We take great care to ensure that your purchase reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.

We operate a SAME-DAY DISPATCH service on all orders. Orders placed before 4 pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day by First Class post, subject to stock availability and any security checks. If the order is placed on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail First Class Tracked

1-3 day priority service, 90% of all packages arrive the next day. Deliveries are made during weekdays Monday - Friday

DPD Next Day Tracked

Next working day delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Deliveries are made Mondays-Fridays only. This is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery. The same working day dispatch cut-off is 4 PM with DPD.

Please note that online orders can only be collected 30 minutes after they have been placed on the website. Orders can be collected Mon - Fri 10 am - 5.45 pm, Sat 10.30 am - 4.45 pm Sun 11.30 am - 3.45 pm
International Shipping Disclaimer
Some destinations do not allow the import of some of the products we sell. If you are based in a country that has restrictions on electronic cigarettes or nicotine containing products, you'll need to ensure you are aware of your local restrictions and understand that you order
these products at your own risk. Middle Eastern and North African customs are particularly strict and they delay packages fairly frequently
, sometimes destroying them, sometimes returning them after 2-3 months.

We will not remove labels or packaging from e-liquids, or disguise the nature of the liquid in any way for any reason, so please do not ask
us to do so. We advise you purchase liquids and hardware separately, a few days apart.

If your delivery is delayed and there's a possibility your package has been refused by your local customs, we will do our absolute best to
assist, but cannot be held responsible if they destroy the goods.

If a package has been rejected and returned to us we will contact you to ask whether you'd like a refund, or for us to try resending it
(at your own cost). If you opt for a refund, the actual postage costs and any payment fees we incurred will be deducted from your refund
. These deducted costs may exceed the postage and packaging fee you originally paid. We will not resend goods or refund prior to receiving
the return of the undeliverable package. So be sure to check your local regulations before ordering.
